Hi friends,

Just a note to let you know, things are moving forwards and progress towards opening my own training school IS happening. Once it’s open, we can run a deaf class whenever we like – maybe 1 a month if there is enough students.

I bought another 250 cc Honda last weekend – fleet is up to 1 honda 125 dirt bike, 1 honda 250 nighthawk (pictured) and 1 tiny 250 cc Kawasaki (for the vertically challenged). : )

I also acquired a 20′ mc conex shed (almost for free) last week.

I am signing a lease on a parking lot and classroom facility next Monday. My lease starts May 1st.  I expect to hold small classes every weekend after that.

With any luck, I will have more motorcycles by then too.  Now that I have a location and a storage shed, I can start asking dealers for loaner mc.s and helmets.

I got C-Dot to sign off on my official paper work a couple of days ago – now it goes to MSF for their approval and any range suggestions/changes that they would want.

I’m attaching a couple of pictures of the range and the classroom facility – to spur your interest. Keep wishing and praying for the best. There’s a bit of legal and other things that still have to be done and taken care of .

I have been doing this on a shoestring as I’ve not had a real job since last year and not taught a class since May of last year! Just when I need it most, either a free mc shed, or a loan from a good friend or family member – to help buy mc’s when they come around… everything is going into place somehow, even though I started with no money at all. Just a good sign that this is meant to be.
